People who are past the age of teenage and have transitioned into young adults or adults what advice would you like to give to young people?

Get active with sports or any physical activity you enjoy. It’ll boost your health, motivation, and overall well-being!

Find a physical activity you enjoy early on and make it a habit. Staying in shape is much easier when you're young, and being out of shape later in life can really take a toll. Building a solid fitness routine while you're still young can have a huge positive impact on your overall well-being as you age.

Get outside and log off when you can. If you don't, you can't really complain about having no friends or finding it hard to meet people.

Take a deep breath and savor the time you have. We only get one life, and it’s shorter than you might think. Things will never be perfect, but appreciate what you have. Just the fact that you can post here shows you're among the fortunate ones.

Begin learning a second language now. The older you get, the harder it becomes to pick up a new language. Starting younger makes it much easier.

Create without worry about how it turns out or whether anyone will see it. Dive into exploring new worlds and crafting ones that excite you. Whether it's art, music, or even a unique word that only you understand, your creativity is a powerful tool—so use it to its fullest.

It's tough to tell a 10-year-old not to over-rely on ChatGPT and to focus on learning instead, but it's important. Developing your skills now will help you use AI more effectively later on. Just like you need to understand math to use a calculator well, learning the fundamentals will make you better at working with AI in the future.

Be aware of how you perceive money as you grow older. You'll hear different perspectives on money from people around you, and it's easy to see it as a symbol of worth or status. This can lead to an unhealthy relationship with money and a distorted view of its true significance.

Remember that, sooner than you might expect, you'll grow old too. Relish your youth, but keep this in mind as you do.

Respect your parents and be forgiving, even when you disagree. Being firm with them helps build mutual respect as they age. When you see them grow older, the strong relationship you’ve nurtured will bring you comfort and peace of mind.

It’s intriguing that every generation in nearly every culture has traditionally valued their elders, but it seems like Gen Z might be shifting that perspective.

As you enter your 20s, focus on yourself, your current friends, and meeting new people. You have plenty of time to find a significant other, so prioritize personal growth and building your social circle for now.

Life isn’t a sprint, but that doesn’t mean you should be complacent. Take the time to discover who you are before chasing your dreams.
