At 12 or 13, I wanted to be a therapist for neglected children. Now, I’m a Sales and Service Advisor.

Back in the early 90s, I wanted to do something with computers, and that’s the path I stuck with. I ended up with an electrical engineering degree and now perform radiation analysis and testing of spacecraft electronics. Close enough, I’d say.

I wanted to be a pilot and became one. Unfortunately, I was furloughed in 2008 and couldn’t find a job without taking a 50% pay cut. Now, I’m an operator for an electrical utility and haven’t flown in 8 years. Maybe one day…
