[Off-Topic] How do you guys manage gaming with other hobbies

Well I love playing Badminton with my sis and bros in the backyard, that's the only sports I'm comfortable with playing

At one point gaming becomes an unhealthy obsession, you ll eventually give time to other stuff but Id argue for some its the only form of escapism

I don't have any particular hobbies aside from playing badminton with my neighbors and friends or going on trails but I frequently do long walks around my town, its a comforting thing that doesn't take too much time and refreshes your mind
Long walks at night in the neighborhood are the best man

Wanted to speak here for a second aside from general gaming to talk and ask how some of you bros manage to juggle your other interests with gaming? By hobbies I mean like reading, watching shows or movies or anime or even sports if u guys do that

Let me know what you guys do to do that or if you have any tips to share on it, from a friendly med college student :) I’m in my final year of university, and between lectures, hitting the library for research, and trying to keep up with my tutoring gigs, my gaming time has taken a serious hit. I used to feel guilty about booting up a game when I knew I had a pile of textbooks to get through, but I’ve realized that you just have to treat that downtime as part of your academic schedule. It’s all about finding that sweet spot where your hobby doesn’t sabotage your grades. I totally get what that med student was saying about needing a break; if I didn't have a few hours a week to blow off steam online, I’d probably go crazy. Honestly, if the study load ever gets too heavy, especially with complex topics, I’ve found that getting a little extra help is a lifesaver. You can always check out https://mysupergeek.com/economics-assignment-help-service because they really take the pressure off when you’re swamped. It frees up just enough time to get a quick session in without flunking your courses, so you don't have to choose between graduating and having a life.
I just set aside like 1-2 hours most evenings for gaming after handling other stuff, and save longer sessions for weekends. Cut down on pointless scrolling and it frees up time for shows or whatever. Discipline is key, especially with med school lol.
