Where can I find the Lightning Perfume Bottle In Elden Ring?

I am currently dealing with these enemies that are very susceptible to lightning damage and I really need to get my hands on a lightning perfume bottle to take care of them. Can anyone describe the quickest way to get them?

Use the Ellac River Site of Grace and keep heading south until you reach this small pond gurded by lightning sheeps.

Its indicated by purple color so easy to find it.
