Leak Sega Has Trademarked A New Yakuza Game "Yakuza Wars"

As found by the gaming deal whisperer, Wario64, on Twitter, Sega has already trademarked a new Like a Dragon game in Japan. The trademark was filed under the name “Yakuza Wars” on July 26 of this year and has now been added to the Chizai Watch database for everyone to see.

Another factor confirms that Sega filed the Yakuza Wars trademark for the Like a Dragon franchise. The Japanese gaming site GameWatch reported in April 2024 that RGG Studio was already hiring actors and actresses for the next Like a Dragon entry.
