Official No Man's Sky Had A 490% Player Base Increase After Latest Update

Using a gameplay data sample from over 3.1 million active PSN accounts (courtesy of our partnership with GameInsights), we can track the weekly player count of every PS5 and PS4 game. That includes the eternally popular No Man's Sky from Hello Games, which this week gained a massive 493.41% boost to its PlayStation player count.

That player count increase comes hot on the heels of No Man's Sky's free 5.0 update, Worlds Part 1, which offers a massive overhaul to the game's graphics and gameplay.
