Yeah, layoffs hurt morale, lead to bad games, then they lay off even more people and wonder why they're failing. Just look at the pattern from the start.
It’s laughable Microsoft embarrasses themselves by buying Activision and then has to lay off employees to make it happen. How does Phil Spencer still have a job? Xbox needs more games and better marketing, not more layoffs.

As much as I dislike Nintendo's policies, it's probably the best company to work for out of the big three in gaming.
