Discovered how there's shiny echoes AKA Phantom echoes in Wuthering Waves, anyone know the exact spawn locations of them here so far? and what the best guides for them are so I can catch em all quickly

I am not sure about how many there are, however, you can get a few from the exchange in Tower of Adversity and one from the Depths event ongoing right now. The Depths of Illusive Realms is a limited time event so I advise clearing it as soon as possible.
