The Technical Art Director at Virtuos listed an "unannounced UE5 PS5/XSX/PC remake" on their LinkedIn profile.

By itself, that's not much to go on, but eXtas1s previously claimed that Virtuos is working on a The Elder Scroll IV: Oblivion remake that used the Unreal Engine 5 engine and might be revealed at the Xbox Developer Direct this month.

I've been wanting to play Oblivion in VR, and next year I might get the choice of playing this in UEVR or Skyblivion in Skyrim VR (if its compatible).
 
UE5 lacks the level of modding capability of Bethesda's engine. Sure, exploring Oblivion again with fancy graphics will be fun, but the modability has always been my fav part of their games. Without that, this remake is less interesting to me than the version we've had for years.
