Official There’s a new reason to jump back into Lake: Petting cats

Relaxing delivery adventure Lake has just got a new update, and it may well provide a compelling reason to jump back in. You can now pet the cats. Oh yes: remember the crazy cat lady living in the town of Providence Oaks? Meredith can get all up in their furry grills, giving them the best pets they’ve ever had.

That alone is enough to get us cat lovers wanting to play Lake again. But yes, we admit, it doesn’t exactly change up the gameplay. Thankfully, there’s another reason to play — at least if you’re on Xbox or PlayStation. Developer Gamious and publisher Whitethorn Games has just added a new Endless Mode.

Lake is a great indie title, lots of stuff to do and the characters that you do deliveries for and talk to are all charming asf
