Shattered Stone Talisman Can be found in Moorth Ruins.
To reach there, you can either use Castle Enisis or Castle Ensis Skip, which will take you to Moorth Ruins through Fort of Reprimand.
Once in Moorth Ruins follow the marker and it'll take you to a underground opening. Jump down on the first ledge and just beside the broken house you'll see a dead body with the talsiman on it.
Remember, on the first ledge or platform, you jump down on to go down. Just beside the broken house.
