Pomor: If you give the artifact to Pomor you get a rifle which is more beneficial.
Mityay: Give the artifact to Mityay and you will receive a 1350 ccoupans.
A third way is that you can give it to Pomor first. Get the rifile. Kill him and get the artifact back and give it to Mityay to get both rewards.
