Sony confirmed PS 5 plates aren't compatible with the upcoming PS 5 Pro. The plates habe the same size but the teeth that connect everything are on different places.Sony said PS 5 Pro plates will be available in the future.
TLDR: PRO USES DIFFERENT INTERLOCKING MECHANISM THATS WHY ITS NOT COMPATIBLE.
