That's fine. I never understood the point of them. Now what Microsoft should do, is actually train their support employees on how to actually help people. Relying on volunteers who couldn't actually do anything made no sense.
Most of the ambassadors were snarky, unhelpful, and overcomplicated things. A few were genuine and admitted they couldn’t help, but most just hit you with the classic “lol, get good.”
I used to do those quests for the program for about 18 months when I first heard about it, but recently I just kind of forgot about it. I don’t think you could redeem the points for anything that was actually useful, unlike MS Rewards.
Oh yea, the Ambassador program. The thing I've been mildly Interested in for a while now. Though even after signing up, I never quite understood what it was. Guess Ill never try it now. Oh well.
