First of all, you don't need to Farm Jade Lotus; you need to farm "Will". Then, use WIll to buy Jade Lotus from the Shrine. Jade Lotus is usually found in shallow waters. I found them across almost all chapters. But for farming, the best method is to buy from the shrine. Leaving this video below on how to farm "Will".
