My weapon upgrades require these but cant figure out where they drop from, can anyone help me where I can get them from??

Found quite a few of them while killing those non respawnable enemies
I saw some people on Discord say that the Yellow Wind Ridge is a good place to farm Yaoguai Cores

Each of the zone's shrines u get to has these in stock, u shouldn't worry about getting them tbh
