How to get Unwarranted Feather in Wuthering Waves

One of the upgrade materials thats showing up for me for Yinlin is the Unwarranted Feather, anyone know where I can target farm it or which source does it drop from

Its in the Huanglog Region.

Hmm Im still in AR 39 but if it is the supposed ascension material for Yinlin then I'm pretty sure its a translation error too according to this post

For the Unwarranted Feather, its believed to be the Undeluded located in Whining Aix’s Mire but you wont be able to fight it until you're at a certain point in the story

Im still a few ways off from finding about this item in my own game but I believe it might be the Dreamless Feather since nor me or my friends can find out about it
