2. Go to Valley of Ectsasy > Tower of Karma. There you'll see the Treasure Hunter. Cast Ring of Fire. Exhauts his dialouge again
3. Go to Valley Ecstasy > Melon Field and kill Green Capped Martialist Boss

and there you have it. Spell Binder in Black Myth Wukong

I never understood the appeal of spellbinder lol. You can do much better stuff with the spells and stuff avaliable. I understand if its too much mental gymnastics for someone who only wants to go unga bunga
