Ohhh I just got these from two chests yesterday
In the chapter 4 area Webbed Hollow, at the Verdure Brdige Shrine checkpoint
Go forward from here from the left, take another left, ignore the enemy that bursts from the shell, you should see two lamp posts in the distance as in the image here
They lead to an opening with webs where u can get 2 chests that have like 2x Fine gold in them, hope it helps!

I dont exactly remember but I think I got a bunch of them from a few bosses and opening chests in Chapter 3 onwards
