Bossfight How To Beat Yellowbrow in Black Myth: Wukong

I just wanna advance to Chapter 4 man, this is the first boss I'm actually harstuck at for the first time in this game, I reach 2nd phase and die either that or I get panicked and die at Phase 3 too
Can anyone tell me a guide that can help me or tips to get through him easily
