lady maria. She represents the best of Bloodborne's combat. The ferocity, pacing, and speed are all in complete harmony during this fight with a stellar soundtrack.
Also she hides behind her one of the most shocking truths of Bloodborne's story
An all-around fantastic fight both gameplay and story wise
both of these fights represent the best of Dark Souls combat and single-handedly elevate the game to new heights just by their battles alone. They also happen to be one of the best characters lore-wise too.
I dont know if anyone agrees but Malenia is my absolute favourite out of all the bosses I have tried in Elden ring. "I am Malenia. Blade of Miquella. And I have never known defeat."
When I heard this for the first time I got literal chills. though I lost count how many retakes I did for this fight but I enjoyed every bit of it
Soul of Cinder was an emotional fight for me. Seeing your old self from DS1 and realizing that prolonging the age of fire was, in a sense, pointless made it deeply impactful.
Radagon doesn’t get enough love, in my opinion. He’s one of my favorite game bosses. His unorthodox movement and incredible defense make him feel truly boss-like. Go ahead and cast Comet Azur at him—I dare you. His every strike shakes the screen with burning divinity. He’s punishing and demands a solid understanding of the mechanics. Plus, his dramatic title theme reprise adds a touch of grandiosity that enhances the fight.
Ludwig has the BEST phase transition of any FromSoft boss. Seeing a mad horse man pull out a sword and regain his humanity was some of the wildest shit I've ever seen in a game. Plus, his OST is simply .
Malenia was a tough fight, but now that I know her moveset, it’s actually fun to battle her. I still die occasionally, but now I can only blame myself.
Soul of Cinder is unbeatable for me. It has the biggest moveset, the best OST, and the best arena of any boss I've ever faced. It's the perfect conclusion to my favorite game of all time.
Ludwig Holy Blade is the pinnacle of fromsoftware boss designs. A fantastic subversion of expectations with his second phase accompanied by the strongest fromsoftware score.
A true challenge with fantastic lore, setting and music
Abyss Watchers. The lore, the fight, and the music are all good and cool, followed by the weapon, which makes it all an entertaining but hard boss fight
Champion Gundyr is an awesome boss with great aesthetics and a cool moveset. He's a fantastic nod to King Allant from Demon's Souls.
Ivory King is also incredible—the build-up, the location, and assembling a posse of knights to fight him and his followers make it unforgettable.
Sword Saint Isshin is the diamond standard of bosses for me. He’s perfection and the reason I keep coming back to Sekiro over and over again like no other FromSoft game.
