If the image is accurate, it would appear to confirm rumours that the Switch 2 will have an extra button on the right Joy-Con alongside the Home button (with the Capture button seemingly still on the left Joy-Con). (creds: VGC)

Maybe I'm dumb but why would nintendo give out specs, for their unreleased console, to third party accessory manufacturers? What would nintendo gain from that?
