Official Baldur's Gate 3 Patch 8 Adds 12 New Subclasses, Crossplay, Photomod and More

Arriving next year, this update will introduce some of the most eagerly awaited features to BG3: cross-play, and photo mode, along with 12 new subclasses.

I guess it's about time for another replay to prepare for the new patch

After being burned by Bioware, Bethesda, CD Projekt Red (regarding the launch of Cyberpunk 2077), etc. I am reluctant these days to treat any developer like a deity. Sure, Larian and FromSoftware are industry darlings, but I fear the day will come when even they will fall to the dark side.

Even then, I can't deny that Larian are a gift that just keep giving. At least for now.

Larian spits in the face of Activision, Ubisoft and EA so hard it's almost comical. While that trio would hide such updates behind the paywall with fucking season passes or DLCs, Larian is giving us new content for free. They are and should remain as an example of gaming industry for the future.
