Any idea about when does the Memories In The Doll side quest unlocks in Stellar Blade?

I saw the cute Teddy Bear quest online, but I found out it's locked behind the Memories in the Doll quest in Stellar Blade. Can anyone tell when it unlocks and how to complete it?

I belive it is unlocked after the second time you arrive in Xion.

After MAtrix 11.

Once you complete Matrix 11, Go to Xion and Talk to Jett. He'll give you the side quest.

after matrix 11 although you wont be able to complete it if you go to eidos 9 or spiral 4, that is the point of no return. Wrap up xion before going past the point of no return
