Since the official announcement of RePOP, numerous requests for a PS4 release have flooded in, as the trailer had no mention of the last generation of consoles. Responding to this overwhelming demand, the developers posted on X expressing their intent to fulfill these requests.

Since the official announcement of RePOP, we have received many requests from game users asking for it to be released on PS4. We want to meet the requests of game users. Please wait for an announcement as soon as the schedule is finalized.

Makes sense for a PS$ port. Majority still dont own PS5. Inflation has hit many hard

A ps5 price decrease is warranted
 
I dont think it will compromise the next gen version. I'd say go ahead with it.

It only makes sense for true next gen games that get compromised because of last gen versions
 
With this far into development IDK if they care about last gen consoles. Last gen is 5 years old now almost

But it certainly can run on PS4 and alot of playerbase is still stuck on that console
