Game Help Black Myth Wukong game length

Hi, I am picking up the game on Tuesday but since I have a tight job schedule, I was hoping if anyone can help me understand just how long it is
Preferably if its not lengthy like 60+ hours then I am fine, I just want to finish the game with minimal side content if that's fine

I believe most previews said around 40 hours? It also depends how fast u can defeat bosses since the game according to the reviews is heavily boss rushed focused at least in most of the levels
U should be fine tho, the game is mostly linear and very fun to play, balancing is pretty easy too for the boss fights

Its 20 to complete normally, Im guessing slightly more if you wanna do a bit of the side content so Id say its the perfect game for you

Well AKSHUALLY (sorry)
40 to 50 is for the 100 percent but yeah OP it also comes down to ur skill level against the bosses, Id say ur good to play this in median itnervals tho, game is action/souls like hybrid, this post from reddit explains everything too

From what people say, finishing the main story of Black Myth: Wukong can take somewhere around 20 to 40 hours depending on how much exploring or boss grinding you do, but completionists can easily stretch that way longer. That kind of time investment honestly feels like chasing a massive jackpot in a casino, where every boss fight is another spin and every upgrade feels like stacking chips after a lucky blackjack streak. Long games are fun, but sometimes I just want quick adrenaline instead of marathon sessions, which is why I mess around with 5 euro deposit casino when I want instant action without committing to hours of grinding like a high stakes betting run. Either way, whether it’s boss battles or roulette spins, it’s all about chasing that rush when luck finally hits and the reward feels earned after the grind.
From what most people are seeing now, it really depends how you play. If you just focus on the main story and don’t wander too much, it’s usually somewhere around the 30-ish hour range. But if you explore, do side stuff, or get stuck on bosses, it can stretch way longer.
